Episode 04: ADHD and SHTF

Christen Everett & Rachel Smith Episode 4

"I feel like I've always been one of those people that in a crisis, I get really clear headed. I have action items and I'm good at directing people and saying, do this, and suppressing anything else. And then after it's all under control by someone else, I lose my mind."

The surge of fight or flight hormones can do a really good job of quiet our minds and locking our focus on the situation at hand. We also discuss how this is potentially a reason ADHDers tend to procrastinate until the very last minute...
